I have dabbled a lot in watercolours and other media, still continuing learning, reconnecting, teaching, making me feel good, which  is helping to create exclusive arts and crafts. 

I also love alcohol inks, both of which I have videos on the Funn channel - Valsa John! The videos are for newbies, explorers and funn viewers. Learning should be, shouldn't it?!!

Frankly, I'm not vegan. Proteins for diabetics means eggs, chicken, that's it! Milk is out though!

With Organic Tusli green tea, I add some herbs for that extra punch.
